A booking confirmation will be forwarded to you once a reservation has been made. Please sign this confirmation and return to us together with your proof of payment via fax (+27 17 819 1497) to secure your booking.

A deposit equivalent to 50% of the total accommodation charge is required to secure the reservation. The balance is payable on arrival unless otherwise agreed upon by Management and confirmed in writing.

A reservation will be assumed to have been cancelled if the deposit is not received by due date of payment.

  • Master, Visa, Dinersclub and American Express Credit Cards
  • Debit Cards
  • Bank or internet deposits using your name and surname as a deposit reference please

Cancellation policy:

Your full deposit will be lost should you not cancel this reservation within 48 hours of the confirmed arrival date.
Where payments have been made by credit card, an administration fee will be charged due to credit card commissions.
